Warren Sherman Community Council celebrated Easter with an Easter Egg Hunt and Senior Citizens Dinner at Inez Nash Park.
Co-sponsors of the event were Seaway Market and Comfort Care Adult Day Care Services. The kids hunted for Easter baskets full of eggs and candy. The kids eyes lit up when they saw the Easter baskets also had dollar bills in them.
The senior citizens and parents enjoyed a meal of ham, fried chicken, green beans, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, and assorted deserts. It was a great community event that provided fun for all ages.
