The Administrative Assistant provides support to the McNair, Student Support Services, Educated Talent Search, and Upward Bound grants. Oversee reconciling, assisting in paying for expenditures, student data, student applications, managing the database, ordering supplies, assisting with new employee onboarding procedures, pulling and organizing the budget reports each month and overseeing the calendars for the grants. Submit Annual Performance Reviews (APR) data to the federal government. Manage front desk operations and staffing, along with overseeing the TRIO Marketing team. Coordinate departmental personnel searches and interviewing logistics and process for new employees. Develop and implement policies that tie into making sure the financial management system is operates efficiently. Work Schedule: Full-time position. Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The hiring range for this position is $18.38 – $20.09, based on previous experience. Full benefits package available. • Manager of Prevention and Recovery Services

SUMMARY
The Manager of Prevention and Recovery Services is responsible to facilitate the development, management, and monitoring of substance use and gambling prevention, mental health promotion, and recovery related services and activities. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Programs and Services.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
The Manager of Prevention and Recovery Services will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study and appropriate licensure (RN, OCPS, LSW, LPC and/or LCDC.) Requirements also include a minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing, implementing, and administering prevention and recovery support services for the mentally ill and addicted populations. Individuals with a Master’s degree, independent licensure, advanced mediation and facilitation skills, systems planning experience, and excellent communication skills are preferred.
Starting Salary Range is up to $58,125 dependent on license and experience.
