On Sunday morning, September 20, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur was greeted with a packed Indiana Avenue Missionary Baptist Church for the 78th annual Woman’s Day celebration.
She was received with a thunderous applause from the congregation when she reminded them of their late pastor, Rev. John E. Roberts’ famous saying: “No vote, no power!”
She reminded her listeners what’s at stake in this election and the importance of engaging in their civic duty.
After worship, she greeted supporters who overwhelmingly remarked about their joy in seeing her doing so well, recovering from her terrible auto accident and happy that she is still in the race fighting for northwest Ohio.
