Special to The Truth
The Greater Toledo Realtist Association (GTRA) held a voter registration event on October 3, at the Waymen Palmer YMCA, in order to give visitors an opportunity to meet candidates, receive voter and ballot information, check their voter registration information and participate in candidate trick-or-treat tables.
A number of vendors were present to assist voters or potential voters walk through the information they needed. And since it is October, costumes were not only welcome but encouraged!
Children were also able to cast their votes in a kids’ mock election!
Admission was free and the food was also!!
