
[Toledo] – On Wednesday, August 6th, Lucas County Land Bank in conjunction with Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity will be celebrating the first five new homebuyers for the Welcome Home Ohio grant program at the first two homes purchased, which happen to be side by side.
Through this special partnership, Future Homeowners Catalyia, Ebony, Lana, Melanie, Victo, and their families will have the opportunity to purchase a safe and affordable home at a 0% interest mortgage.
These homes are made possible through the State of Ohio’s recent biennial budget and additional investments made in the Welcome Home program.
When: Wednesday, August 6, 5:00 p.m.
Where: 2770 Arletta Street, Toledo, OH 43613
- In case of rain, the blessing will move to the interior of the home.
