State Rep. Elgin Rogers Jr. (D-Toledo) last week was officially appointed and sworn in to fill the vacancy as state representative to Ohio House District 44. Rep. I will work diligently to listen, understand and faithfully discharge the duties of this office. Finally, thank you to my family, teachers, coaches and mentors for sharing their wisdom, resources, love and support. They are responsible for making today a reality,” said Rep. Rogers.
