If it was easy, everyone would do it and everyone would be in great health. It’s not only training your body but it’s training your mind to motivate you and get you to the place you need to be. That’s up and being active, eating good, working out, lifting weights, doing the hard things that make you better. Everyday is a mental struggle for a lot of people and you have to rise above your weakness, you’re laziness, and your level of comfort. Do the hard things that you don’t want to do and it will make it that much easier the next time. The accomplishment, the consistency and the results depend on your ability to think past your doubts and yourself inflicted shortcomings. Every day you don’t want to do something and you do it, that is what makes you stronger. Your willpower and ability to stick to your eating plan and your ability to make it to the gym for at least a half hour is what will carry you to the next goal that you have set for yourself. Most people fail because they lack the determination and drive to follow through. Baby steps til your running! Consistency till it’s a habit! Discipline til your goals are reached. Look ahead NOT back and let your momentum catapult you towards your finish line. Remember the finish line is always ahead of you and you should never reach it.. THAT is what keeps you moving forward!
