Toledo Public Schools to Host Career Connect Expo

Over 100 Employers, Colleges / Universities, Military Recruiters, TPS Career Technology Programs, and TPS Magnet Academies to Participate

Toledo Public Schools is once again hosting its annual Career Connect Expo.

More than 100 local and regional employers, colleges, and TPS career technology and magnet school representatives will be on hand to provide demonstrations and respond to student questions regarding the joys and challenges of various professions while providing students with individual advice on required training and networking for their career choices.

This event is open to all TPS 6th-grade, 8th-grade and 10th-grade students, along with 12th-grade students who are currently enrolled in a career technology program. In addition to hands-on career exploration activities, representatives from numerous career fields will also be promoting and recruiting for positions in local industry, the military, and enrollment in higher education.
