Dr. Frances A. Collins was a Wonderful Woman. She was an educator, a friend, and a trusted individual. She was devoted, dotting, diplomatic, & empathetic. Dr. Collins proudly served her community. She believed in supporting African American people. Her memory is forever etched in our hearts. Her legacy is that she instilled in her children, students, and others a love and dedication to serve. Dr. Frances Collins was a true American patriot who helped make the world a better and brighter place.
