The Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. – Toledo Chapter is continuing to make an impact in the community.    People without food who need help in a crisis of disaster relief due to weather conditions, loss of jobs, homelessness and not actually having enough money to buy food to stay healthy with the rising cost of food prices is an issue that is so important and needs to be addressed in the Toledo Community.

A food drive is an ongoing project where these women have collected nonperishable food items and have donated to the Monroe Neighborhood Center. Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. has special programs that address issues about senior citizens, community partnership and special service projects that help fight against hunger, healthcare, public safety and bad living conditions.

Some of the problems arise because of rising cost of housing, social issues, job loss and problems with the water supply that comes from pollution, climate change effects and contamination.

President Lady Wanda Terrell Galloway, Top Lady Angela Cassidy -Chair, and the Toledo Chapter members reached out to the community to collect canned goods at the Annual Prayer Breakfast and delivered these items help anyone who wants help.

A special thank you goes out to everyone who has supported the programs and projects that the Toledo Chapter of top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. continuously provides to the community.
