Pearl Middlebrooks and six of her close friends spent an eventful at The Truth Colours Gallery on Saturday, July 27. On that date, her friends helped Pearl celebrate her 11th birthday with a Sip and Paint Party under the guidance of Nikola Welcome-Bovell, the gallery’s artist and art instructor.
Cora Middlebrooks, Pearl’s mother was also part of the celebration as she guided the young birthday girl through the present opening at the conclusion of the painting. All the girls had their own creations to take home with them.
