The audience of students and parents learned the history of both the national organization and the local chapter.<\/p>\n<p>Then attendees were treated to an address by guest speaker Karolyn Drone Smith, author, motivational speaker, wellness coach and founder of Self-Elevate, a platform that empowers women.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s Recognition Committee include: Tiffany C.
