The Taylor Automotive Family is proud to announce its transition to 100% employee ownership through the establishment of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).<\/p>\n

This landmark transaction rewards the company\u2019s hundreds of employees with ownership in Taylor Automotive\u2019s network of dealerships and operations, including Taylor Cadillac, three Kia dealerships, three Hyundai dealerships, and a collision center. The transition also preserves the company\u2019s legacy while positioning the organization for continued growth across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1979 by Stephen D. Taylor with a single Buick dealership in downtown Toledo, Taylor Automotive has grown into one of the region\u2019s largest automotive dealership groups, selling nearly 1,000 vehicles each month while serving communities throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.<\/p>\n
