The 2025 Inaugural Mental Health Gala took place on Saturday April 5 at The Pinnacle in Maumee, Ohio. This event was presented by Revitalized Behavioral Healthcare in partnership with Here\u2019s My Turning Point and was held to embrace community support for mental health.
\nBilled as \u201cA Night to Remember,\u201d the gala was organized as a cornerstone event for mental health advocacy in northwest Ohio. Guests enjoyed an evening filled with voices of leadership, live entertainment, gourmet dining and also heard from a dynamic keynote speaker.
\n\u201cWe so are proud that this vision is coming to life through Black-led, Blackowned behavioral health organizations by women who are dedicated to transforming the narrative surrounding mental health in our community.\u201d \u2013 Keisha Taylor, M.Ed., chief administrative officer, Revitalized Behavioral Healthcare, Mental Health Gala event coordinator.
\n\"\"Taylor is the chief administrative officer and one of three partners at Revitalize Behavioral Healthcare, LLC and development enrichment housing since December 2019. She brings over 20 years of progressive experience and human resources with a diverse background spanning academia, healthcare, nonprofit and public sectors. Taylor is passionate about supporting individuals and teams, helping them navigate challenges with clarity and a growth oriented approach.
\nSamantha Nance, M.ED., LSW, is the chief compliance officer and clinical manager at Revitalized Behavioral Healthcare LLC. She is a co-owner and is one of three partners committed to delivering high-quality and clinically sound mental health and substance use disorder services. She also leads Development and Enrichment housing, a transitional housing initiative for homeless women, children, and families, providing safe and supportive environments until permanent housing is secure.
\nTiffany Dep, QMHS, CDCA, is a cofounder of Revitalized Behavioral Healthcare, LLC and Development and Enrichment Housing where she has served as the chief community outreach officer since 2019. Dep is deeply committed to fostering safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can confront their struggles, find support and begin the process of healing.
\nTina Butts QMHS, CDCA, is the founder and CEO of Here\u2019s My Turning Point. Butts is a dynamic entrepreneur, community advocate and change-maker, dedicated to empowering individuals and transforming lives across Lucas County and beyond . She\u2019s the owner of T-bonds\/Tina Butts bail bondsman, a business that not only assists with all types of bonds but also provides support for individuals transitioning out of incarceration. The event was made possible by all involved including over 25 sponsors.
\nAlexis Means was the mistress of ceremonies. She is an anchor at 13 Action News and an award-winning journalist where she has spent over two decades telling powerful stories that impact the Toledo community and a two-time regional Emmy winner.
\n\"\"The keynote speaker for the night, Andria Williams PSHRA \u2013 SCP, MBA.
\nA learning solutions architect and master educator with over 29 years of experience in training and development, she holds an MBA from Franklin University and PSHRA, SCP certification. She is a talented master of ceremonies and vocal artist known for her dynamic presence and engaging style among many other attributes.
\nThe night was memorable, very elegant and extremely well organized. The community champions who were honored for Champions for Change include: Loretta Hollingsworth LPC, founder of Healing Minds; Sherry L. King, program director of the Youth Advocate Program( YAP); Janice Edwards, chief executive officer, Philo Inc., DBA New Concepts; Myrtle Boykin-lighton, chief executive officer at Lima Urban Minority Alcoholism, and Drug Abuse Outreach Program, and Jamal Grant, The Shop.<\/p>\n
