The celebration honors the sorority\u2019s 117<sup>th<\/sup> Founders\u2019 Day and acknowledges women and local entities that have demonstrated exemplary service.<\/p>\n<p>The 2025 Honorees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anita Madison, Social Humanitarian Award<\/li>\n<li>Olivia Holden, Icon Award<\/li>\n<li>Kwinlyn Tyler, Community Change Agent Award<\/li>\n<li>Mariah Maddox, Young Gifted and Black Award<\/li>\n<li>Angela Lucas, Shot Caller Award<\/li>\n<li>Mary Dawson, Sisterhood Award<\/li>\n<li>Grace Community Center, Trailblazer Award<\/li>\n<li>Queens Village of Toledo, Legacy of Excellence Award<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kristian Brown, served as the event\u2019s mistress of ceremony and ushered guests through the agenda. The event dais was introduced by the chapter\u2019s protocol chair, sorority members Karah Henderson and Latrice Flowers sang the Black National Anthem, Richelle Watkins, the chapter president, and two undergraduate chapter members welcomed everyone to the occasion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are celebrating our 117<sup>th<\/sup> Founders\u2019 Day and also celebrating Black Girls in Exemplary Service. Katrina Barry presented the program initiatives and the chapter president closed the program with remarks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank you to our chairperson Felicia Roberts Dunston and co-chairperson Clara Petty.
