The recent pardoning of Hunter Biden by his father, President Jo Biden, has created much furor between both political parties. \u00a0Form your own opinion, however, I have come to the conclusion there is not the kind of loyalty among the Democratic officials as those in the Republican party relative to Donald Trump.
\nFirst of all, Joe Biden is not a liar. \u00a0The many times he stated he would not pardon his son, he meant it. Following the election of Donald Trump as president, the continued threats toward his political enemies gave Joe Biden the option to change his mind, which he did. \u00a0To call him a liar is unconscionable. Any father who loved his son as Joe Biden loves his, would have done the same thing.
\nThis is hypocrisy for the Republican Party officials to criticize Mr. Biden for pardoning his son when they have continually denied the January 6 Capitol attack. Donald Trump had previously pardoned all of his friends from his previous administration (please note, none of them were his children) and is now threatening to prosecute anyone who has challenged him relative to his alleged criminal activity, and the 2020 election denial cases.
\nThe Democratic Party officials who have called Joe Biden a liar must revisit their thoughts and remember he has always made decisions for the good of America and been very honest; but he does love his son. Tragedy had taken his first wife and daughter due to an auto accident, and his son Beau to cancer.
\nIt is normal that he has made a decision, changed his mind and pardoned his son, giving him another chance as Donald Trump has done for many of his friends. Trump now is committed to pardoning the so called “hostages” from the January 6 insurrection who were seen breaking in the Capitol, beating police officers, taking over the offices.<\/p>\n

The scary part is that a wife of one of the insurrectionists asking for pardon is frightened he might abuse her.
\nWhat has happened to our country, the Constitution, good government in an era in which people are not rewarded for just making a large campaign contribution to one’s campaign or just being a loyalist.
\nIn order for the Democratic Party member to thrive and serve their constituents, they must be loyal to each other; and not give a green light to continued gerrymandering and white supremacists tactics. They must not discontinue the social programs that help those in need.
\nI reiterate, President Joe Biden is not a liar, he is entitled to change his mind.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
