PUBLIC NOTICE
\nLucas Metropolitan Housing (LMH) announces a proposed Significant Amendment to its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan regarding the transition of households assisted under the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program to the regular HCV program as EHV funding phases down in accordance with guidance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
\nThe proposed amendment will be available for public review beginning May 18, 2026, at 424 Jackson St., Toledo, Ohio, and on LMH\u2019s website. Written comments will be accepted during the 45-day comment period and may be submitted to Amy Gerber at agerber@lucasmha.org or mailed to the address above.

\nLa Vivienda Metropolitana de Lucas -Lucas Metropolitan Housing (LMH)- anuncia una
\nenmienda significativa propuesta a su Plan Administrativo del Programa de Vales de Elecci\u00f3n
\nde Vivienda (HCV), la cual hace referencia a la transici\u00f3n de los hogares asistidos bajo el
\nprograma de Vales de Vivienda de Emergencia (EHV) hacia el programa regular de HCV, a
\nmedida que la financiaci\u00f3n del EHV se reduce gradualmente de conformidad con las directrices
\ndel Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de los EE. UU.
\nLa enmienda propuesta estar\u00e1 disponible para su revisi\u00f3n p\u00fablica a partir del 18 de mayo del
