A weeklong series of jazz shows in a variety of venues was capped off by an outdoor all-day free festival at the new Glass City Metropark on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>The six days of music brought a host of local and regional artists to Toledo stages.<\/p>\n<p>The week began at the Peacock Caf\u00e9 on Monroe Street with music by the Signal Quartet on Monday, August 7. On Tuesday the Jerome Clark Trio held forth at Toledo Spirits on Summit Street.<\/p>\n<p>Angela Davis appeared on Wednesday at the Glass City Metropark\u2019s Market Hall and Ellie Martin on Thursday sang t Manhattan\u2019s Pun \u2018n Cheer on Adams Street.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, the JazzWeek concluded with an appearance by trumpeter Allen Dennard at Lucille\u2019s Jazz Lounge.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, hundreds of jazz lovers headed to Glass City Metropark outdoor theatre for a beautiful summer\u2019s day of jazz. The free festival kicked off at noon with keyboardist John Cunningham; percussionist Sammy DeLeon at 1:30 pm; vocalist Ramona Collins at 3; electro jazz ensemble Four80East at 4:30 pm; Jeanette Harris &amp; David P.
