If the recent polls are an accurate barometer of the sentiments of the voting population about who is going to win the House and the Senate, let me put on my swami turban<\/p>\n

and prophesy as to what to expect after the pending and combative midterms.<\/p>\n

The Swami sees the following occurring up to the 2028 presidential elections:<\/p>\n

[1] Upon the Democrats taking a majority in the House and in spite of Trump calling the election, voter fraud, for the sake of the country and its national psychological health,<\/p>\n

there will be hearings galore on the rampant and upfront corruption that has<\/p>\n

infected the White House.<\/p>\n

We will be inundated with stories of graphic descriptions of Trump, his family and his<\/p>\n

coterie of corrupt officials turning their heads or bypassing governmental safeguards in order to allow favored third parties engage in the pillage of the US Treasury for their personal gain.<\/p>\n

House investigations will unravel schemes in which Trump\u2019s cronies were directly engaged in<\/p>\n

suspect conduct that was not called to account by any watchdog agency due, in part, to those<\/p>\n

agencies being partially defunded or their personnel staff being decimated so that they could<\/p>\n

not effectively perform valued and needed oversight.<\/p>\n

There is even the outrageous story of the Greek ambassador Kimberly Guilfoyle, the former \u201cfianc\u00e9\u201d(?) of Don Trump Jr., pleading with a Trumpie friend to send her $100,000 to pay off her American Express credit card! Let that sink in for a moment.<\/p>\n

You want to stop the flow of foreign students coming to American universities and colleges?<\/p>\n

Simple\u2026propose a \u201cfee\u201d of $75,000 per student and paid for by the attending university. What universities are going to pay a king\u2019s ransom for foreign students to attend their<\/p>\n

schools? This is just another con game\/grift by Trump who daily exposes his woeful ignorance of<\/p>\n

foreign policy and the need for international collegiality when it comes to admitting foreign<\/p>\n

students.<\/p>\n

Hey, senior citizens, did you get your $90 \u201cpayoff\u201d from Trump to be applied towards your outrageous Medicare premiums? Don\u2019t\u2019 worry, it is on its way to your bank.<\/p>\n

A blatant form of political bribery just before the election, if there ever was one.<\/p>\n

We won\u2019t even discuss his prior promises of fat-cat types of payouts to you if you follow his<\/p>\n

instructions to vote Republican or payments to you regarding the collected tariff monies.<\/p>\n

And how much time can be spent on examining the nefarious acts of DOGE (headed up<\/p>\n

by Elon Musk) regarding their fabricated claims of saving you billions and billions of dollars in<\/p>\n

revealing government excess and fraud. No evidence of such, just their word that it<\/p>\n

happened and that should be sufficient for you to believe them.<\/p>\n

I predict numerous House hearings regarding the illegal means by which it is targeting his<\/p>\n

political enemies or simply just those who have the temerity to criticize him or for calling him out over his juvenile behavior.<\/p>\n

Of course, the GOP (or what is left of it) will feign outrage and call it a weaponization<\/p>\n

of congressional oversight and will go on television and with their most strident voices and<\/p>\n

condemn these attacks.<\/p>\n

The Democrats will have their hands full trying to restore cuts made to vital governmental agencies and services and Trump will try to nix anything bill that seeks to restore or return<\/p>\n

funding to those vital agencies.<\/p>\n

The Democrats will demand a full and complete release of the Epstein Files and if<\/p>\n

Todd Blanche, the current titular head of the DOJ, protests, as he will, the Democrats need to hold him in contempt of The House since the release of those files have been the law for many months.<\/p>\n

As is clearly evident, Trump is in the throes of early dementia and no longer has a filter over his mind and what comes out of his mouth. No discretion, no empathy, no balance articulation of the issues facing America, just a blather of bitterness, smallness and gobs of<\/p>\n

embarrassing ignorance on how the government works.<\/p>\n

I predict that more and more foreign governments will do \u201cwork-arounds\u201d to avoid this<\/p>\n

demented American president until better times come, knowing that Trump\u2019s inane pronouncements do not reflect the overall the gist and fixed position of the American government.<\/p>\n

I predict that once the incoming Democrats can show the American public that they can both govern and reverse the excesses of Trump and his scalawags, that more of the deluded cult members of MAGA will open their blinds and see that they have been played by a con artist who, in actuality, holds them in contempt.<\/p>\n

I predict historians, five, 10 and 20 years from now, will be stymied why so many<\/p>\n

voters were bamboozled by Trump and his clearly discernible lies. Lies born from a stunted man who missed so many graces of proper upbringing that he was a willing captive to the worse and darkest impulses of the undisciplined human heart and its sin-stained nature.<\/p>\n
