Cedric Brock and First Lady Debra Brock celebrated their 28<sup>th<\/sup> Pastoral Anniversary at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church with the special help of Mother Frieda Banks, Head Usher Edward Sanders, Trustee James Taylor and his wife Bessie Taylor, all of whom have been members of the Mt.
