Recently, I was proud to welcome Green Products Packaging, Corp. to 3600 N. Summit Street. Their decision to locate here was not by default. It followed a competitive selection process in which Toledo was chosen over Detroit, Indianapolis, and several other Midwest communities. That does not happen by accident. It happens because of our people, our infrastructure, and the genuine momentum this city has built.<\/p>\n
Green Products Packaging is a sustainability focused manufacturer producing composite canisters similar to those used by household names like Planters, Quaker Oats, and Pringles. Their products are made from recycled, U.S. produced paperboard, are fully recyclable, and meet the highest standards of the food industry. They are bringing innovation and environmental responsibility together under one roof, and they chose to move to Toledo from California to do it.<\/p>\n
This is what Toledo is capable of. When companies have a choice and choose Toledo, it speaks volumes about the strength of our workforce, the advantages we offer, and the momentum we are building together. Green Products Packaging saw what we see every day: a city full of talent, opportunity, and potential. Their decision to invest here is another reminder that Toledo’s best days are not somewhere on the horizon. They are being built right now, one success story at a time.<\/p>\n
