If you have not heard by now, Donald Trump is also contemptuously known as, \u201cCaptain Bone Spurs\u201d allegedly due to his rich father getting a favor from a doctor friend to exempt him from the draft in the 1960s. Purportedly, Trump received five exemptions and jocularly proclaimed to The New York media outlets that his biggest fear was catching an STD.<\/p>\n

Is it not enough that Trump, according to General John Kelly, degraded dead soldiers while visiting a military cemetery as, \u201csuckers and losers\u201d for their ultimate sacrifice?<\/p>\n

This is the same president who cannot seem to extol enough the virtues of former KGB agent, Vladimir Putin (now president of Russia). When it comes to choosing sides as to who to believe\u2026our intelligence agencies or the word of Putin, Trump chooses Putin.<\/p>\n

And now, this is the same lame brain who is playing hopscotch over all over the calendar as to when the war he started (along with Israel) will conclude. Trump, with recognizable signs of dementia, has said that the war was won in one day. He then changed that to a two to four week timetable and now it appears that it could be months before the war is concluded.<\/p>\n

However, the glaring problem is that no one told the Iranian leadership of Trump\u2019s mandated timetable and, as such, the Iranians are fighting on and have publicly stated that\u00a0they have offered no peace plan nor are they begging to end the fighting.<\/p>\n

Yes, the American public is still being gas lighted by a woefully incompetent president who now wants to berate the EU allies for not coming to his military aid in the war that he started while not informing them!<\/p>\n

And the status of the feckless GOP? They are still searching their closets for a semblance of a backbone by which to call this amok president to heel and stand down. They, or course, will not do this because Trump will call them names and \u201csic\u201d his MAGA base on them and the last thing these cowards want is to lose their financial perks and privileges and have to seek a\u00a0job in the private sector.<\/p>\n

And about those crazy ever rising gas prices! Be forewarned, the worse is yet to come if this\u00a0futile war goes on through the fall because great damage will be done (has been done already) to transport, food prices, airline seats, heating oil and farmers needing chemicals and fertilizers that come via the Strait of Hormuz.<\/p>\n

And here is the icing on the cake to the madness of Trump. He wants another $200B to fund his war and he has issued dire threats that we do not need such federal benefits such as daycare, Medicaid and Medicare because that is where the cuts will come from in order to fuel his folly.<\/p>\n

Trump, due to limited brain wave space, can only focus on one item at a time so if you raise the issue of the Epstein Files, affordability, the grim housing market, the volatile stock market and his anger issues with anyone who does not fall down and worship him, he goes off on a tantrum.<\/p>\n

The short term hope is for the cabinet to utilize the 25th<\/sup> amendment and get Trump out of office or a congressional impeachment but both are long shots since the hypnotized GOP would never consider packing Trump away in a straight jacket for his own good and for the good of the country.<\/p>\n

No, my friends, we are left with the midterms to try to somewhat right this sinking ship called democracy and especially since, if the Democrats win the House, they would have the power of the purse and could, like a scalpel, refuse to fund some of his madness.<\/p>\n

It is my considered opinion, that due to Trump giving the heave-ho to both Kristi Noem and Pam Bondi, the new cult members for those positions will be on a campaign to show Dear Leader how tough and ruthless they can be in order to get his continued blessings.<\/p>\n

And now with the current Pope throwing cold water on warlord Pete Hegseth\u2019s diatribe that God is a god of war, we will now have the Catholics and the Protestants fighting with both swords and crosses.<\/p>\n

Already, Hegseth has said that his monthly prayer meetings (including for Easter) will be for Protestants only and NO CATHOLICS NEED TO ATTEND! Imagine how that will go down with the people of the Catholic faith who work in the Pentagon or in government now being ostracized from prayer meetings because Hegseth is a member of a far right wing Protestant group that is not kindly to those of the Catholic persuasion!<\/p>\n

You could not make these things up! Unless of course if you lived in Trump\u2019s Alice In Wonderland brain where he daily creates his own delusions of omnipotence.<\/p>\n

Every news day is an adventure in deciphering nonsense from sense, realizing that Trump & Company thinks that they are playing three dimensional chess while the rest of us, his gullible public, are stuck on checkers.<\/p>\n

Mental illness can be a cruel taskmaster.<\/p>\n
