After the traditional ritual the Karamu (traditional foods) will be served.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cBecoming Young Ladies\u201d of the Padua Center will also be there to help in the service. The fourth night of Kwanzaa \u201cUjamaa\u201d (cooperative economics) is celebrated by lighting the second red candle on the Kinara and coming together in support for black-owned businesses, with emphasis on maintenance and operations.<\/p>\n<p>It is a time for celebration of the idea of pooling resources together in unity to benefit the entire community. Emphasis is placed upon support of local businesses and Black Owned businesses where available. Come and celebrate \u201cUjamaa\u201d with the Kwanzaa Park Neighbors.
