Lucas Metropolitan Housing (LMH) will receive proposals for Project – Based Vouchers for the HCV Program. <\/strong>Interested parties should be owner\/developers, management agent, and\/or project sponsors for projects concentrating on Supportive Services. LMH has reserved up to 260 PBV for this rolling RFP.\u00a0 Received in accordance with law until May 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET<\/strong>. Written public comments on the proposed Program of Projects will be accepted by the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority until the close of business on May 29, 2026<\/strong>. TARTA will consider all comments received and may provide additional opportunities for public input, including a public meeting or hearing, if warranted.<\/p>\n

This program will become final and will be submitted to the Federal Transit Administration on completion of the public participation process unless amended by the action of the Board of Trustees of the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority.<\/p>\n
